The journal Issues in Informing Science and Information Technology publishes selected best papers accepted for the Informing Science and Information Technology Education (InSITE) conferences.  There is no direct submission to this journal.  Submissions to the InSITE conference takes place from August through the end of November at http://InSITE.nu.
